  I just called Hocking Medical Centre to ask if they did blood tests. I was told to come in WHENEVER and I didn't need an appointment. I did just that. I got to the medical centre and they told me to take a number and have a seat untill the pathology lady was ready. I also went up and showed the ladies at the front desk my blood test forums. They still hadn't told me that the pathologist was not there from 12 onwards. It was not untill I had sat there for 20 minutes that they had told me that there was no pathologist.

  Disappointed with all staff and their bedside manners, misdiagnosis and years of pain because they had no clue what was wrong. Will not be returning, I think four years of pain and frustration is ENOUGH.

  FANTASTIC GP Practice, always very caring GPs, they sorted out my Diabetes and now I am without any tablets, my kids love them as well, overall :5 stars.

  Recently had an important surgery booked, which I had discussed with the GP prior to her referring me. I was notified four days before the surgery by the specialist that the GP had turned around and said something completely different to what she discussed with myself which almost cancelled my surgery!

  Really, really happy with this medical centre. Ive seen a few different doctors as well as the nurse practitioner and was very happy. They go out of their way to get to know you and ensure they listen to everything you have to say. I went to see Helen the nurse practitioner the other day and she was lovely! Great service and highly recommended

  Staff are unhelpful and would rather prescribe medications than actually help fix the issue. Have had issues with multiple staff (endometriosis misdiagnosed as renal failure, severe endometriosis as bowel issues and finally a cyst diagnosed as 'nothing').

  There were constant phone calls while I was at work with no message left, left me worried and confused. Rang reception- reception had no bloody clue why I was called. Only realised later that this was the GP calling to discuss what she had told my specialist.

  I had keyhole surgery 2 days ago and I'm still in a lot of pain. Very disappointed in the staff of your medical centre. I called you to make sure it was okay to come in at the time 2:30pm, you told me yes come in now.

  Rang and left a message for the GP to call me back ASAP as I had then found my surgery cancelled. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK.
